          Q1. How to make a reservation? Can I get any rebate if I book thru phone or WhatsApp?

          there's no any rebate if you book thru phone or WhatsApp, and we prefer you to book thru website, it's more convenience!

           

          Q2. How can I request windows seat? Is it free?

          There's no additional charge for the windows seat until 31st of August. Please state 'window seat' request at the 'special request' column upon reservation.

          ⚠️ Kindly note that window seat arrangement is subjected to availability and discretion of the restaurant as it is a popular request. *First come, first serve

           

          Q3. How to mention special request like (Example: allergy to certain food and more) to our team?

          Please state your window seat request at the 'special request' column upon reservation.

          ⚠️ Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion.

           

          Q4. Did I need to pay for the KL Tower entrance fee? Can I enter Observation Deck or Sky Deck or Aquarium as well?

          Our ticket already include KL Tower entrance fee and the meal fee. But did not include Observation Deck, Sky Deck or Aquarium!

          We do include Observation Deck in our ticket before, but due to SOP, Ministry of Health require every public area control people flow as to reduce the chance of cross infection!

          Q5. I want to request Table Decoration, who should I contact?

          We do provide table decoration now, and also have variety of choice! Please contact with our reservation team!

          Q6. Do I have to pay a deposit?

          Yes, you have pay for the deposit as we need reserve the table for you. Espeacially during weekends, your table will only hold for 15-30minutes if you dont pay for the deposit. This is to ensure the total amount of customer during each sessions is under control.

           

          Q7. How can I get Window Seat? Can I reserve for it?

          Window seat will be charge according to session.And also CANNOT RESERVE FOR WINDOW SEAT! 🚫

          Kindly mention you want window seat in the request column.
          It won't charged directly in the reservation system, only can pay on the spot.

          Surcharge for window seat:
          RM25 per table (Lunch / Hi-Tea) | RM50 per table (Dinner)

          Q8. What is the dress code to enter our restaurant?

          Smart casual or easy-glam

          We request for a proper attire to be worn as a mark of respect for the beautiful environment we have lovingly created for you to enjoy.

          For Gentlemen, please refrain from wearing singlet, unkempt or tattered T-shirts, shorts, flip flops and sooty runners.

          Collared shirts and long pants are preferred.

          ⚠️Please be advised that management has the right to refuse entry if the attire standards are not met.
